Method: this is a qualitative research that uses the psychodramatic educational method proposed by Maria Alicia Romanã in line with the exploratory techniques of the human mind used by Jacob Levy Moreno in psychodrama and, subjectivity theory proposed by Luis Fernando Gonzáles Rey, being composed by a group of six mental health educators. Results: evidenced the importance of psychodrama techniques to awaken critical and reflective thoughts in educators in relation to individual subjectivity. Conclusion: it is extremely important to train educators in the area of socioeducational psychodrama to intervene in the mental health of students, enabling the creation of real conditions and the viability of understandings.
