Objective: To demonstrate the importance of agile methodologies in the engagement of nursing staff in continuing education training in a private hospital. Methods: Report of experience at the Cruz Azul Hospital in São Paulo (2020-2024), with presence analysis, reaction evaluation and effectiveness of the applied trainings. Results: Initially, only 30% of the employees participated in the training. The inclusion of distance education increased participation to 40% in 2021. Nevertheless, the need to improve learning methodologies was identified. The Continuing Education Service implemented gamification with activities such as "Show do Milhão" and "Bingo do Aprendizado", promoting healthy competition between teams. In 2024, participation reached 70%, raising the satisfaction and effectiveness of training, according to surveys. Conclusion: Agile methodologies highlight the educator as essential in health service, promoting excellence. Continuing education, combined with fun, benefits learning and engages nursing professionals.
