Immunization has been our main weapon in the fight against vaccine-preventable diseases. Planning, innovating and establishing partnerships so that vaccines reach the target audience, helping to increasingly increase coverage, is essential. The RT nurse in the vaccination room, together with the management partnership of the municipality of Santana do Garambéu – MG, carried out planning where she managed to transform her vaccination room to be more welcoming, extending the hours and days of operation of the vaccination room , invested in personalized gifts for those vaccinated and expanded its partnerships in 2023/2024, thus managing to increase its vaccination coverage. Renovated vaccination room with custom furniture and new equipment, coloring notebook with cultural images of the city along with a box of colored pencils, personalized yoyos that are delivered after vaccination, in addition to preparing gift baskets on campaign days. Partnership with the city's schools, CRAS (Social Assistance Reference Center), ESF (Family Health Strategy) through active search for ACS, childcare centers, pregnant women's group, multimedia team, social networks and church loudspeaker for dissemination. All the hard work has yielded positive results, increasing vaccination coverage and greater involvement of the population.
